Terms of use

These terms cover the GoWorkout mobile app and this website. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, do not use GoWorkout.

Your account

You need an account to use the app, and you must be at least 16 years old to have one. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and the information you give during onboarding should be accurate, because the plan is built from it.

Training is at your own risk

GoWorkout produces training and nutrition suggestions from what you tell it. It is software, not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a dietitian, and it cannot see you, examine you, or watch your technique.

Get medical clearance before starting a new programme if you have an injury, a medical condition, or any reason to think exercise may not be safe for you. Stop and seek help if something hurts. You take part at your own risk.

What GoWorkout does with what you declare

Injuries, medical conditions and available equipment are used to filter what the app prescribes: movements that conflict with what you declared are substituted before a plan reaches you. That filtering is only as good as what you tell it, and it does not make any given exercise safe for you in particular.

Subscriptions

The app is usable without paying. A free account gets ten AI Coach messages a day, ten progress photo slots, and recent progress trends. GoWorkout Premium removes those limits, and adds full trend history and plan regeneration on demand.

• Prices are set in the App Store and Google Play, and are shown in the app in your own currency before you buy.
• Payment is taken by Apple or Google. Card and payment details never pass through GoWorkout, which only receives a receipt to verify.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are cancelled or managed from your App Store or Google Play account rather than from inside the app.
• Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under that store's policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or to reach accounts that are not yours.
• Do not use the AI Coach to seek advice on self-harm, on treating a medical emergency, or on anything unlawful.
• Do not upload progress photos of anyone but yourself.
• Do not resell or redistribute the plans and content the app generates for you.

Content

The app, its exercise catalogue and its design belong to GoWorkout. Your data and your photos belong to you, and you grant GoWorkout only the permission it needs to store them and to run the features you are using.

Availability

GoWorkout is offered as it is. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because something upstream has failed. The app keeps working offline for logging sets, and syncs when a connection returns.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Settings, then Account, which removes your data as described on the privacy page. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription: cancel that in your store account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
